BreadBakingDay #21 - Pizza Party - Pizza 'Dumb Goat'
I am a pizza lover and you can find some of my favorite pizza recipes in my blog.
For this event I wanted to choose a special pizza and so I decided to contribute a pizza called 'Dumb Goat' in german 'Blöde Ziege'. I eat this pizza in a restaurant called Eisenstein in Hamburg. It is a pizza with a rosemary-tomatoe sauce, goat cheese in a ash cover and pancetta.
Since I eat this pizza there, I made it several times at home. Mr. C likes this pizza as well and I hope you will like it too.
For pizza-baking I mostly use my little pizza-baker Alfredo. It's a little pizza oven for one pizza and heats about 400°C, so a pizza needs baking for only 6-10 Minutes. On the photo above you can see Alfredo with opened Lid and the pizza stone.
After eight minutes the pizza was ready to eat.
Caution, very hot but delicious!

Zubereitung
Roll out the dough into a circle about 30 cm.
Wash rosemary, put some needles aside and chop the rest.
Scatter the pizza tomatoes over the dough. Season with pepper and salt, sprinkle the rosmary over the tomatoes.
Slice the goat cheese, cut mini mozzarella balls and cocktail tomatoes into halves, cut pancetta in pieces. Spread all over the dough.
Arrange the rosemary put aside on the goat cheese and sprinkle honey over
Bake the pizza in the very hot oven or in Alfredo for 8-10 minutes until the dough gets brown and the cheese begins to melt.
